Two ways to work together. Both end with you more capable.

I don’t do retainers, managed services, or anything you’d have to keep paying me to run. Every engagement has a defined end, and the goal is always the same: you leave owning the capability, not depending on me for it. Email is open for anything that doesn’t fit the two offers below.

The Brief — $500

A focused discovery session. Before I recommend anything, I learn how you actually work — what takes too long, what falls through the cracks, where you’re spending hard-won expertise on things that don’t need it. You leave with a map of the two or three highest-value places AI fits your situation, an honest read on whether you need help or can just go do it yourself, and an ignition prompt you could use to start building your own Workshop. Some people take that and run — a good outcome. If we go further, the $500 credits toward the Build.

If your decision involves multiple actors and a date, the Brief can include a scenario pre-run — the same method the lab validates publicly.

The Build — $3,750

A month of building, together. Over four weeks of working sessions, we build your Workshop — a customized, AI-native working environment shaped around how you actually work, on tools you already have. I hand you the same system prompt I use to build new agents, so you can keep going on your own. The deliverable isn’t something you depend on me to maintain: by the end you can run and extend it yourself. If we keep working together after that, it’ll be because you want to, not because you’re stuck.

Start a scenario

If you’ve got a live decision — not a hypothetical — hand me its shape and I’ll tell you whether it’s a fit for a scenario pre-run. There’s no deposit and no sales call. To keep the ask honest, the form asks for five things: the decision you’re facing, who actually makes the call, the date it has to be made by, what’s at stake, and who else is in the room.

The default is private. Nothing you submit gets looked at in public unless I think it’d make a worthwhile example and clear it with you first — never a surprise. Private analysis is exactly what the Brief is for.
